On my Essence I have found that the stock settings were pretty close as to what BJ recommended. After flying the plane for the past 6 months I have increased my incidence by about .3 from stock setting to get the model to sit correct in the air. As far as CG goes I found that I like to run mine a little further forward than recommended as I was getting a little bit of hunting coming out of exits. Run about 2 degrees of negative differential in the wings, I'm at 11 down and 9 up and that seems to make the model roll very well. If there is anything more specific you'd like to know let me know.
