Allot of people complained about the same phenomena, start runs good, restarts hot but wont restart cold. Fuel inlet screens clear, ignition module could be the problem, little dielectric grease on the spark cap wont hurt. Nine times out of ten its the carb or the module. People talk about cleaning carbs as far as the screens but taking one down to the bare block and cleaning it is a nighmare and its probably cheaper to have a spare and install that. I certainly dont want to spend the time cleaning all the ports and inlets on a Walbro carb. Not many people do.
