Okay so the latest update,

Made a cowl ring of sorts, attached at the top and bottom of the cowl, easy to get on and off. Ply is glued in with Hysol and Carbon.

Front Hatch has been Hysoled in place and is working great,

Dummy cowl installed and ready for painting.

Bombs arrived today from hobby king to go on my Aerotech mounts
