Bill: I plan on purchasing a radio in the next 30 days. I'm looking at the Futuba 9C, and, of course the Hitec with the synthesizer. To be honest with you, I have all Futuba currently and the only reason I'm even looking at the Hitec is because of the synth. I want to buy this in the next 2 weeks...mainly because of the specials out there. This FM synth is a huge thing for Futuba...they have no idea the amount of lost sales over this simple thing....

Is thing really coming out and will it work on current 9Cs getting sold or will there be a new radio, the 9D or something else that you have to have? I would really appreciate anything you got on this. I tried calling the number but nobody knows anything about this yet at the service center.
