According to that, it sounds like Sanwa/Airtronics "co-branded" products will continue to be produced and sold but just not distributed via Global Hobbies any more. As the photo I posted above shows, my recently purchased SD-10 is branded prominently at SANWA on the top, but with an Airtronics sticker and also Airtronics using in the LCD window.
