Cub you said it's a fact that the longer you fly ......
keep your flights to 3 to 4 minutes.......I fly longer than 3 to 4 minutes every time I fly and I land pretty well.
at an IMAC event you fly 10 maneuvers a sequence 2 sequences a flight plus taking off, orbiting while the pilot in front of you finishes, then landing as quick as possible when you finish. If it takes a minute to due a maneuver that's at least 20 minutes. We all land pretty well.
The last competition I went to, with with Friday as a practice day, there was probably a couple hundred flights except for two crashes all the landings were good.
Of the crashes one was on landing. The other was inadvertent speed brake deployment on the downwind into a tree.
