Actually you should be a little lighter with glow vs electric.....I don't think your lift off speed or timing will be much different. You may not need as much right rudder as you're used to because there is less instantaneous torque.....but that depends on your flying style. If you're used to hammering the throttle and just going with it....the glow airplane will take a little longer to come up to speed and there will be less left turn tendency.
