Like rapture boy I use a three line set up. A fill line with a clunk, for refueling if necessary, a vent line and a fuel line to carb. The fuel line to the carb has a Wabro clunk/filter. No inline filter as they are just too small and if you have any trash in the fuel with just stop up. I also use a filter in the pick up line in the fuel can. Not much trouble with this set up.
Before I used a two line set up and had problems. If there is any air leak at all, would cause engine problems. Had too many connections and fuel dots to maybe leak.
