You know, I just don't know what the actual problem was. I do know that my engine needed 1-3/4 turn out to run properly...not the 1-1/2 turns published with the engine. I also feel that my Roto fuel tank may have been an issue too...and the only way to know is to install one item at a time and see what I get. It is very possible that the three way fuel filter could have created the problem, but this is my fifth filter I'm using this way, and if it is the problem...the first one to do so. I will put this filter back into my model and see what I get latter on, but for now, I'm going to run the engine as fixed. Thanks for the input...
