I have a friend using one with JR and it is, so I would not see why it would not be with Futaba.
If you want remote capability then you need a Jeti Tx (a little plug here from an other Jeti enthusiast LOL) but with the magnetic switch no problem.
If your fuse is not too thick you can even get away with making a hole in it to see the green "on" led.
