Either kit will work. Both kits include parts for different versions of carbs and you will not use all of the parts. In lieu of replacing everything you can remove the end plates, diaphragms and needles and clean/flush the passages and screen with cleaner then just replace the two diaphragms as sometimes that will be enough to get it operating again. Before you remove the needles carefully turn them in until they stop counting the turns so you know where to set them after reassembly.
Also, the kit may have one to three different color pump diaphragms. The black one pumps the best but hardens the quickest, the blue one pumps the least but lasts the longest and the tan one is in the middle, If you run pump gas try the tan one.
