Somehow missed the last post, or part of it. It looks like I'm looking at around the same cost when comparing 2wd and 4wd. Didn't see a 4wd kit on the Team Associated site and am not opposed to 2wd or set on 4wd. I guess I hadn't even considered 2wd or 17.5 as an option, but going 2wd might be a way to steer clear of the drivers who just like wrecking or think they're in a demolition derby. Traxxas Slash looked like a good truck in the beginning, but seeing how many folks buy and have them for sale a month or two later. I would imagine the 17.5 setup is considerably cheaper, but also not enough motor to have fun playing around with? Remember, nitro only here in the past.
