Not sure why poor customer service. I have been a Bvm customer since 1992 and I cannot think of one time in all those years someone did not answer the phone. It's refreshing in my opinion to be able to talk to a human and not only have to rely on online sales. 407 327 6333. We have Internet issues at work almost daily. If the site is not talking to your computer I would direct your complaints to Bill Gates.
