if the site is not talking to my computer it is a lack of having an IT professional care for your website, which is itself poor customer service. Bill Gates has nothing to do with it. Poor service is poor service no matter how you cut it. Let's not leave out the $15.00 they wanted to ship something that fits in a first class envelope with one stamp. But hey, whatever you say fanboy.
