Like needing brake valve O rings, for the Smoothstop valve, and the website doesn't work to order them online, no one answers the phone so you leave a message, and you send an email, and the only customer service you get is an email 2 weeks later asking if you are still interested. That's some great customer service there....
This segment of the hobby would look very different if not for Bob, and BVM.
Say what you will but for last 30 years his stuff looks better and works better than most.
If you need an O-ring, try some advance planning, order a pack (before you need them) and keep them on hand. Whining about an icon in the hobby - over an o-ring - makes you look, to say the very least, petty.
