Bottom line is my wife was fine but the family member ended up with $22k in her pocket for claims. It's really hard to not say something snide when I see her at family get togethers, but she's a thief imo and the reason adjusters act the way they do. BTW, her new husband just put in 30 years as a fire inspector for a major insurance company! And he lets her do it. Hard to believe.
Because being on "the inside" he has 1st hand knowledge of just what a den of thieves insurance companies are.
