Actually, in the real world. An absolutely reckless thing like intentionally forcing a drone out of the sky would be an easy case for a first year plaintiff attorney if someone was injured as a result of that action. Not the drone operator mind you, but the person taking it down. Could actually give rise to a possible criminal charge of reckless engagement as well (deservedly so).
