I have the Imperial Models resin set on my Tamiya Tiger and I simply drilled the bottom of the barrel to accept that diameter of tubing for the emitter and installed the flash underneath it.
Never got a chance to use it though. Some clubs and rules say that it's not a battle tank but still allow the 105 Sherman to play at the same time so whatever. It's still an armored vehicle and I built it 'just because' and not to battle it anyway.
