Cougar, the Saito exhaust will power a Cline regulator quite well. the check valve traps the peaks of the exhaust pulses, The Saito exhaust will put a serious bulge in one of the stiff walled Sullivan tanks. I have three or four of the Perry pumps one being the crank pressure driven one, I gave up on them. If you go Cline, set the engine up with the fuel tank in the ideal position then when you add the Cline, nothing will change as far as the needles go.
