I have a scratch built LT-40 that I built a while back but never maiden. I built the plane around the OS GGT10 engine. Once I learned more about this engine and ran it on the test stand, I fine the idle a bit too high,
2900-3000. The OS .55 has the same mount dimensions as the GGT so no reworking of the engine mount. Will the OS .55 engine be a good match for this plane, also what prop to use? Flying will be training and putt putting around the field.
The GGT I will put on a SPAD airplane and check it that way. Thanks.
