I know when I first got into the hobby I thought the HL Pershing looked a bit 'toy like', where as the Bulldog's detail looked far crisper and just seemed to have a better 'fit and finish'.
That said, even the Tamiya Pershing looks a little underwhelming to me somehow - must be something to do with the shape, I guess?
