If your name is not on the revised tent list, you should contact me immediately. Unfortunately some pilots in very PRIME LOCATIONS did not pre-register by June 1st. Be prepared by bringing your own pop up tent. "Big Top Tent" lists will be available in a few days. Presently working on the #1 tent. All 48 10X40 slots are full.

The pop up tent area is located where tent #3 previously was located in the grass. Plenty of room, and not far from the taxiway. We do not have anymore free space in the Big Top tents (that is limited to only a few pilots), so the grass area is available. Tents are expensive, and sponsorship will cover only very limited space.
