Default servos don't fit in wing
I just finished an UltraStick 60. Same problem but I needed additional length, not width (Hitec servos). I use a hobby knife and just shaved both ends a little (couldn't get a dremmel tool in there). Sanded when done.

Nothing was really "in the way". I have some JR servos - they fit perfectly.
