We didn't have them in the state per se, until the late 70's when the started drifting in from NY. I guess they found the accomdations acceptable, even the tax rate, cuz they are here to stay now. Most are seen in the NW corner of the state. Deer, fox, coyotes and even wolves are more plentiful. Before long, we'll probably see someone start hunting with a drone!
