While it certainly meets the Klunk factor I'm not sure that one would have met the military criteria, so no.... but hopefully we can find a few others that Klunk would have designed before zeroing in on the answer..
I'm looking for a plane...
1. It could have been used as inspiration for some of Klunk's inventions in Dastardly and Muttley and was about as successful.
2. While ill conceived it did actually fly.
