It works. There are more than one version of the leg, some have a down stop machined in, mine are the originals and the lower section can go over 90 degrees! I just don't do heavy landings and its not been an issue. Airtech do have different wire diameters depends what you have if anything heavier is available. The Ultra Lightning spring might work, think that is 2.1mm wire

Most people fly with expo, depends how your brain is wired. Start with the manual settings and adjust from there
