Well, bro, just about anything you put on a 2wd ripper like a Rustler on 3S is gonna get destroyed pretty darn quick. You know that, right? Especially on asphalt.
That said, I'd suggest getting two different sets of rear tire/wheel sets to use on each surface. Tell you why: You're driving 75% on road and 25% off. If it was the other way round, you could get by with an off road tire for the little bit of time you'd be on asphalt, although you would still suffer some tire degradation. But if you're going to be on road 75% of the time, get some on road tires. (Proline Street Fighters?) They'll last longer. And look up "taping RC tires" on YouTube. Doing that will keep the tires from ballooning and thereby give you a better contact patch and so, more traction. And more even wear.
Then when you go play in the dirt, put on your Proline Gladiators or Hole Shots. Or Dirt Hawgs. Mount them on their own wheels, so all you gotta do is un-do a couple wheel nuts and pop on the alternative tires.
If you use the included foam inserts, you can strap them with strapping tape around the circumference of the foam to help accomplish the same thing. Or buy some blue closed-cell foams. You might also want to use some double sided tape to fix th foam to the wheel. Then, balance the tire/wheel assembly. Balancing will help save your bearings by minimizing vibration.
