I'll check with the JPO folks...sure Bob will see this thread and probably chime in. You can go on the website and click on "Resources" on the top tap of the main page, then pull down to "JPO Membership List". It will pull up a PDF copy of the membership listed by State.
I do know they work on a calendar year, since I had the same question this past year..."when is my membership needing to be renewed?"
I just now renew my JPO when I renew my AMA and my NRA membership too...Nov. 1.
