Built the Chippy myself with the .91 Surpass with the pump, I purchased two 90 deg. muffler elbows from OS and was able to place the muffler with the exit pointed out the bottom back of the cowl. End of the muffler is even with the bottom of the cowl, nothing sticking out and look clean.
