Will clean up engine, paint head green, install the missing spring steel clip ratchet for for needle valve. This engine will go on the inboard side to direct exhaust down away from the hand that is adjusting the needle. Will fly it on 60' lines.

A few years ago I built a Ringmaster and power it with a Torpedo 19. The needle valve is down. It has made at least 40 flights and have not needed to adjust the needle valve after the first start. here it is flying.
