As you can see this setup is kinda similar, the controllers have wires that go connected somewhere but also they have steering wheels, i would love if you guys could point me in the direction of how to make something similar to that, will be around in case you guys have an idea, thanks so much!!!

Why do you want go through the hassle of ginormous controllers hooked up to a transmitter? Just use a pistol grip transmitter that fits in your hand, and be done with it. Much more cost-effective, and won't have to be lugging around such BIG controllers. I just cant wrap my head around it unless you plan on having stationary controllers.
