Many hints here on how to do this. Heat in oven and slam on block of wood works most times. On a stubborn FA-180, I used an expanding concrete wall anchor, ground slightly on the diameter to fit the inside of the bearings, inserted it into the inner race, expanded the anchor to a tight fit, and pulled the bearing out with a gear puller/steering wheel puller. Heating the case helps with this method also. This may ruin the bearing being removed since you are pulling on the inner race, but in my case the bearings were shot anyway. Good luck.
