My Takom ft17 arrived today!! So far the kit looks amazing! I placed the tank i made out of cardstock over the base of the takom tank it is 100% the same! I am so satisfied with that. I have been investigating into how i will make the metal tracks, and I have looked into potentially forging them, then drilling holes for the track pins. If anyone has any ideas for how i can potentially make the metal tracks, i would love to hear them! Now that I have this model, i will be able to measure or even have someone make metal replicas of the running gear. I might have to forge that myself along with metal idler wheels.
