Yes, I know what you mean, but top of the plane and the right side is still the top and right side. The top doesn't become the bottom and the right side doesn't become the left side just because it's inverted.
Right thrust is right thrust regardless of the planes orientation. Thrust lines are relative to the plane not the orientation.
