FAA Form 8710-13 is finally up.
The FAA ideally wants us to apply for our Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate or for Part 61 pilots to add the sUAS rating using IACRA. Really IACRA is just a digital web portal for filling out form 8710-13. Since there are indications that IACRA might not be up and running on August 29th, the quickest way might be to file the paper 8710-13 via mail or in person at the local FSDO depending on your situation.
