The Power 52 is more motor than I have on mine. Mine has a HobbyKing 3548 900Kv motor, a Turnigy 70amp ESC, 5000mah 4 cell battery, with a 13 x 5 prop it makes 543 watts, the motor is rated for 815 watts and is kind of built into the plane, so I'm being carefully not to fry the motor. With the 13 x 5 prop it seems OK, I had a 11 x 6 on it and it seemed very underpowered. I'm getting about 11 minutes with reserve with the 5000mah battery, but because of the extra wood behind the CG I'm pushing the battery as far forward as I can to get it to balance. The plane was made to take the battery in the front air-intake, but the first time I did that I had second thoughts about doing that, so now I'm taking the wing off for the battery change, I may make a hatch this winter if it proves to be too much hassle. To keep from have to push the 5000mah battery so far forward I've ordered 2 6200mah Zippy batteries.
