Default Slope Aerobatics Australia

This thread is for fliers who would like to become involved in slope aerobatics competitions in the State of Victoria, Australia. We are seeking about a dozen fliers to join our group. Aerobatics is a great way to improve your flying skills and meet like-minded people. You don't have to be a member of a modelling organisation.

A series of exciting events have been planned for the summer period.that cater for both experienced fliers and novices. This is a fantastic sport to become involved in. Venues will include Ballarat, Flinders and Kilcunda.

Awards will be given out at the end of the season.

For the first time, models will be supplied so it won't be a matter of the best model wins. It will all come down to pilot skill.

A new book on flying and judging slope aerobatics is soon to be released. It contains everything you need to know about the sport including detailed diagrams of the manoeuvres. Join our group and get your free copy.

The models will be electrified so if there's a lack of wind on the day you'll still be able to fly.

For those interested in getting started we now have regular flat field, slope and big screen flight simulator lessons in the Bass and Kilcunda regions. For further information contact Ian on 0427 553 755.

Check out our website.
