Stick, mine came in at 27lbs but I did the same as you and stripped, painted and detailed with full cockpit and Sierra gear. But you already know that. At 27 lbs it still flies well and slows down nicely with the flaps and thick airfoil.

I balanced slightly forward of the recommended CG in the book. I can't remember the recommended number. I think it was 145mm from front edge of wing center. Google the manual for the ESM D9 .pdf and it will come up. This plane as all FW-190 do not like to be tail heavy. It gets real pitchy.
