An "interest" would imply (to me, anyway) that BVM has not been entirely sold, not yet, anyway. An interest is just that - a percentage stake in a business. Not a total sale, possibly not even a controlling interest at this point.
So, there is information in this, at least to me.

As I read it:
BVM isn't going anywhere. Manufacturing is staying put.

Outside investors play an important role with RTF airframes becoming so prevalent. IMHO, the transition to RTF airframes couldn't have been pulled off by any other company, let alone as smoothly.

It says also that the business will continue to be run by the same people we've known for so long. Often, when a business is sold, the previous owners are long gone (Some guy named Marc Vigod comes to mind, lol). Things can change so much that the original company becomes un-recognizable. BVM seems determined to NOT let that happen.

BVM customers should read this as good news!
