I just got a the base IBU2 board a few days ago and its amazing. I was so impressed with it how easy it was to set up. Great sounds, easy to customize and perfect if you want to use it on different tanks. I dont know much about the IBU3, but I am so glad I got an IBU2 board instead an other cheaper popular board.
