What have you done specifically to follow up on the issue, such as a phone call?
It seems they've stopped responding to "Ask AMA" feature submissions - been almost a month since submission.
The blogs are tedious, as I try and keep to the topic, and not getting emails from them isn't one of the current blog items.
DVP did not respond to question about how exactly the money spent on magazine adds up, audit vs. tax filings.
And I just called on the email...two transfers and ultimately got a voicemail. Will have to see how quick it gets a response.
