Hello Floater, What a shame.[] Unfortunately we run across people like good old "EVAN" every day. LOSER!!! I have had Saito warranty returns at Horizon Service and have delt with a supervisor, Dave Poole. I have nothing but good things to say about his attitude and promptness...... both in a return call AND shipping a NEW carb..... telling me to just ship the bad one back, and he sent a postage label. I must be fair here and tell you that the first fix, with the engine sent in, did not help much, so it was not just a phone call and the guy sends me a new carb. He DID help me out by
me not having to send the engine back....knowing this could save some time.
[color=#3300cc]I guess the point I am trying to make is.............. can you "go around WORTHLESS Evan", and find HIS boss?? Explain to him the run around you have been getting and the bad customer relations that are popping up on the RCU forum here. Email this EVAN with the link to these posts.......... or better yet....... IF you can find his boss, email the link to him. The other guys have been right on with not being confrontational............ but it is now time to show some teeth!!! You have been treated unfairly and Horizon should make things right. This is why I like to deal with my LHS. (But that's a whole different subject)! Good luck Floater. ....lownslo.
