I'd ask why you were constantly represented by the prosecution, but 'round these parts we got thread purity police, so I strive to stay on point lest the finger be wagged my way. Another day/thread perhaps. But I would offer that the defense and the prosecution should both be able to argue the same case, just from a different viewpoint. And actually that's what they do, the good ones at least.
