I ran a modified 42x66 prop on my Insane hydro, UL-1 motor, Castle controller and 4S1P/5000 mAh pack. This was a race boat so run time was not important. A race lasts about 120 seconds (start to finish, includes some dead time waiting on the start but WOT the rest of the time) and I would use ~2400 mAh capacity. Logging showed that the average amp draw while actually racing was ~80 amps. Top speeds were 50-52 mph.

How are you measuring run time? Most people just guess, leading to incorrect run times. I use the ESC logging so I know exactly the time, amps used and amps at any part of the run.
