I have about the same on the flaps and a lot more on other surfaces specially for the elevators and a lot more than you on the ailerons and just a little bit more than you on the rudders. So I'm going change a little bit to match and have a 3 position with just a jump up for all flying surfaces. I just fixed the fuel plumbing problem the fuel pickup was microscopic on a big tygon fuel line .thanks for the pictures the are big help.
