Yeah, it looked kinda dodgy from the start, and if it wasn't for the paypal and ebay guarantees I never would have touched it. While the auction was going on I could see bidding history but now everything has been wiped. I'll eventually get a Tammy Sherman, unless Imex gets on the stick and gets me some HVSS, but right now about the best I can do on a tamiya is $550, so it's not real high on the priority list. Too many unfinished builds as it is to blow that kind of dough on another project but a deal like that would've been would justify letting it sit on the shelf til I get to it. Maybe I'll stumble on a used Tamiya lower and build one from there. Yeah, right, and monkeys might fly out of my butt, eh?
