So after much debating on what to do about the rear mounted micro servos on the Hangar 9 Katana that control the elevator I think I have finally made a decision on what servos I'm going to trust with what will be the most precious Katana in my Hangar, I honestly didn't like that it didn't use std size servos, the size of servos it uses is odd and I wasn't sure what was good and bad.
So I decided to just spend the money on some Hitec HS-5245 digital metal gear, these bad boys crank out nearly 80 ounces of torque at 6v, there going to be heavier than the recommended Spectrum servos, but I figure it should even out with the big OS 91 I'm going to bolt to the nose
plus ive been trusting Hitec servos with all my big models for a very long time, I have yet to experience a failure from a Hitec servo.
So very excited to do this build.
