Kroflite,

Great choice on the Edge. Just got back from doing the Re-Maiden a few minutes ago.....Rain cut things short. This is a really nice plane for the money. The power you will get out of the 91 will be fine. I originally tried last week with a very old Saito 120, but all I had on my hands was a brick with wings. Changed to a 91 this week and today everything was fine. Mine came in at just over 8 lbs., and that is after installing a more substantial landing gear plate and some build up around the firewall with tri-stock and epoxy.

You will love this plane. It is a very nimble flyer and the elevator is very effective. I'm still wresteling with it's tendancy to want to snap a little with aggressive elevator input. Running a 14x8 on the 91, and I'll be playing around with prop sizes to find the best mix of thrust and speed. Basically flew around at half throttle most of the time today as a front was blowing in.

Any questions, just let me know and I'll help you the best I can.

Regards,
John
