I saw a pic once of one of the tiny JM models with a VA .049. C/mon, maybe you can fit an .061 in there..
On the TD .020, Skipper's done way more than I have, but early in the game I cut a Driskill 5x2.75 1/2A combat prop down to 3.75" and messed with the tips. The performance gain over the stock prop was impressive.
