No, but premium engines aren't cheap. Last time I bought from Enya, the US penny is worth just a tiny bit more than the Japanese Yen. I bought all of my Enyas second hand, most of them new or almost new. They're cheaper on the secondary market usually, especially used. I prefer ferrous engines to be unrun when I get them if possible. They usually take an hour to settle.. Ringed and ringless engines usually are broken in enough to fly after 20-30min.
